Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. I especially loved the free upgrade to an apartment with a balcony, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The friendly staff made check-in smooth, even late at night. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the best part was being able to have it with my dog by my side.
I absolutely love this hotel! The rooms are old fashioned but cozy and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. The service is top-notch, with fantastic amenities like dry cleaning and housekeeping. The location is perfect for exploring the coast, offering stunning sea views and easy access to the beach. The dining experience was delightful with a great selection of Cumbrian sausages and black pudding. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent value for money.
The hotel's location is superb, just a short walk from the train station and right on the beach with a lovely cliff top walk nearby. The rooms, although needing some refurbishment, were simple but suited our needs well, especially with our Labrador. The dining experience, while offering beautiful sea views, lacked a personal touch and organization during breakfast. The facilities were decent overall for the price paid.
